7v7 flag football stat sheet

This free 7v7 stat sheet tracks passing, rushing, receiving and defense for up to 16 players on one printed page. It is built for 7v7 (rec rules) boys and coed leagues, where seven players a side means a real run game. Print it, hand it to a scorer, and total it after the game.

Rec 7v7 rules differ from league to league, especially on quarterback runs and the pass rush. Check your league's rulebook and use the columns that apply.

Frequently asked questions

Q01Is there a separate 7v7 sheet for girls high school flag football?+

Yes. The 7v7 girls sheet adds safeties and splits conversions into 1-point and 2-point columns, which suits high school girls games. Use this sheet for rec boys and coed 7v7.

Q02Does a QB run count as a rush on the 7v7 rec sheet?+

Yes, if your league allows it. Log the run as a rush attempt for the quarterback and count the yards from the line of scrimmage. If your league does not allow quarterback runs, those rows simply stay empty.

Q03How do I total yards on a flag football stat sheet?+

Add each play's yards in pencil as you go, then sum the column at halftime and again at the end. Lost yards are negative. A quick check: team passing plus rushing yards should match your drive totals.
