5v5 flag football stat sheet for pass-only leagues

This free 5v5 stat sheet is built for pass-only leagues, where every snap is a throw. It tracks completions, passing and receiving yards, touchdowns, interceptions thrown, flag pulls, defensive interceptions, sacks and 1 or 2 point conversions for up to 12 players on one printed page. Print it, clip it to a board, and hand it to a parent.

Pass-only rules vary by league, so check your rulebook before kickoff. If your league allows handoffs and runs, use the 5v5 standard sheet instead, which adds rushing columns.

How to use this sheet

  1. 1Write the team, opponent, date and field in the header before warmups.
  2. 2Fill in jersey numbers and names in roster order so the scorer can find a player fast.
  3. 3Mark each completion as a tally, then total yards at halftime and at the end.
  4. 4Log every flag pull for the defender who pulled it, not the ball carrier.
  5. 5Record conversions as 1 or 2 so the totals match the final score.

Frequently asked questions

Q01What counts as a completion on a pass-only flag football stat sheet?+

A completion is any forward pass the receiver catches in bounds before the ball touches the ground. Count it for the passer under Comp and for the catcher under Rec, then add the yards from the line of scrimmage to where the flag was pulled.

Q02How many players fit on the 5v5 Air-It-Out sheet?+

The sheet has 12 player rows. That covers a typical 5v5 roster with room for a few substitutes. If you carry more players, print a second copy and staple the two together.

Q03Who should keep stats during a 5v5 game?+

A parent or assistant, not the head coach. Calling plays and logging every snap at once is how stats go missing. Give the scorer a clipboard, a pen and this sheet before kickoff.
