This free 5v5 stat sheet covers passing, rushing, receiving and defense for up to 12 players on one printed page. It fits 5v5 (NFL FLAG rules), where the quarterback cannot run but other players can carry on handoffs and pitches. Print it, hand it to a scorer, and total it after the game.

Under NFL FLAG rules, defenders who rush the passer start 7 yards from the line of scrimmage. Log sacks for the rusher who pulled the flag behind the line.

Frequently asked questions

Q01Who gets the rushing yards on a 5v5 handoff?+

The player who takes the handoff or pitch. Under NFL FLAG rules the quarterback cannot run, so a quarterback never gets a rush attempt on this sheet. Count the yards from the line of scrimmage to where the flag was pulled.

Q02Where do sacks go on a 5v5 stat sheet?+

Credit the sack to the defender who pulled the quarterback's flag behind the line of scrimmage. Mark it under Sacks and also under Flag Pulls so both totals stay right.

Q03Should I use the standard or the pass-only 5v5 sheet?+

Use the standard sheet if your league allows handoffs and runs. Use the pass-only Air-It-Out sheet if your league throws on every down, since the rushing columns would stay empty.
