Cover 1 Man: 6v6 flag football defense

Cover 1 Man is a 6v6 flag football man-to-man defense. Five defenders each cover one receiver and a free safety plays deep in the middle, with no rusher. Every receiver is covered and the safety erases mistakes, so the quarterback has to hold the ball and find a tight window.
