Player Safety
Player health is the foundation of our program. Our standard is simple: every athlete who steps on our field leaves in the same condition they arrived — physically and mentally.
We require approved protective gear for every athlete because we reject the notion that safety equipment is optional. Making the game safer for our kids comes first — before wins, before highlights, before everything.

How We Protect Every Athlete

Required Gamebreaker Headgear
Every athlete wears an approved Gamebreaker soft-shell helmet — a 4-level safety-rated headguard built for flag football. No exceptions.

Mandatory Mouthguards
A mouthguard is required for every player before stepping on the field, at every age level.

Certified Officials
Structured gameplay is managed by certified officials who enforce the NFL FLAG rulebook and our no-contact standards.

Concussion Protocol
Coaches follow CDC concussion guidelines and Return-to-Play (RTP) procedures, so any head impact is taken seriously.

Codes of Conduct
Every coach and parent agrees to our Codes of Conduct — a safe, positive sideline is part of player safety, too.

Secondary Insurance
Adult divisions include secondary insurance, and all games are run under official NFL FLAG / RCX Sports standards.
Gear requirements are enforced at check-in. Athletes without a mouthguard and approved headgear cannot take the field.
